Since we were formed in 1981, we have been playing our part in creating unforgettable family days out, fantastic school trips and memories that will last a lifetime.
We dedicate our time to creating and supporting brilliant software that attractions can trust, meaning they can dedicate their time to looking after their visitors and creating amazing days out. From farm parks and museums to theme parks and zoos, our software gives attraction’s the tools needed to delight their visitors.
We started our journey in EPOS, and this continues to be a huge part of what we do today. However, the power and value of a single platform has led to our software growing to become a complete online ticketing, EPOS, stock control and accounts integrations. From booking a ticket online to redeeming it at the till, buying a sandwich in the café or a magnet in the giftshop, we’ve got every step of a visitor’s journey covered.
Our organisation consists of three businesses; HBP Systems Ltd, Kamarin Computers Ltd and Jugo Systems Ltd. HBP are based in North Lincolnshire, Kamarin are based in Cambridgeshire and Jugo in Hampshire. Between us we cover the vast majority of the UK and work under the The HBP Group name to provide a seamless service between our northern and southern offices.

Rachel is our Marketing Manager and she loves exploring national heritage sites, castle, stately homes and gardens. Basically any place where her 4 legged friends are welcome explore with her!
Phil is our Commercial Director and with two kids, loves anywhere family friendly. Strangely, Phil and his family love visiting attractions in the rain so they don’t have to queue for rides!
George is the Managing Director of Kamarin Computers, the authors of VisiSoft, and with a 1 year old daughter is now experiencing a whole host of child-friendly attractions!
Tony is our Operations Director and a huge WWII enthusiast. This passion means he enjoys any attraction with a strong link to the 1940s, especially if there are a few tanks or planes involved!
Danny has worked at The HBP Group for over 10 years and loves anywhere he can visit with his 4 dog. This pic was taken at Healey’s Cyder Farm, where Danny enjoyed sampling their Whiskey aged in Cyder Barrels.
Lee has been supporting our VisiSoft solutions for many years and is an expert at all things EPOS and Ticketing! Away from work he loves walking & exploring outdoor attractions with his family.
James is one of our Software Implementation Consultants installing our solution in UK visitor attractions. His favourite type of attractions are anything car or motor related, like the Beaulieu Car Museum in the picture above.
Richard is an EPOS expert & account manager who looks after our customers. He loves to get out with the family and visit historical houses, gardens & outdoor attractions with lots to see outside.
