VisiSoft has been created as an EPOS and ticketing solution for visitor attractions. Built on the back of 15 years of EPOS development at The HBP Group, VisiSoft is an integrated EPOS solution connecting every area of an attraction from, online ticketing and admissions to sales in their retail and hospitality outlets. Every till across the site is connected to online reporting, stock control and can also be directly integrated into their accounting software. VisiSoft is dedicated to helping improve visitor attractions and increase the engagement in technology to help manage their attraction easier.
The whole development plan for VisiSoft has been built up around their existing customers and their commercial interests. For example, creating their own ticketing software ‘VisiTickets’. The ticketing software has been built based on what the demand is within the attractions industry right now. Everything from purchasing annual passes to COVID timed-entry and event ticketing can be set up and easily managed within the software. This innovation means that customers have full control and can easily set up, amend and manage events with the admin panel. Reducing hours of admin time or the need to contact external resources for this set up. The benefit for their customers is easy and simple to use online ticketing.

The support service ensures they have unlimited support from our Peterborough team throughout the week and emergency weekend support for any out of office hours critical issues.
