If you’re after rapid deployment our VisiStart process will get your site live in less than 6 weeks. What is VisiStart?

VisiStart is our rapid implementation option that allows you to get your new VisiSoft solution live in 6 weeks or less.

Using all of the information gathered throughout the sales process, our team will create an implementation plan unique to your attraction. This plan will take you from day 1 up to the end of week 6 so you know what is happening on your project throughout that time.

Along this timeline there will be some tasks that we will complete or prepare for you and some tasks your team will need to be involved with. Across the entire implementation we’ll need you to spare around 5 – 7 days to assist in data and stock imports, testing and user training and we do the rest.

VisiStart involves low time commitment from your side so that you can focus on your day job. Following a period of testing and training, which includes one of the team on site alongside you, we’ll also do a post go-live review around 1 week after the implementation is complete to ensure everything is working as you’d expect. Once this is complete and you’re up and running, you’ll be introduced to our support team and we’ll have an internal handover to tell them all about your unique project and set up.

How Does VisiStart Work?

Rather than a long winded software project that can drag on for months we believe in a focused implementation that will typically allow you to start benefiting from VisiSoft within four to six weeks of starting the project. Your project manager will be available to speak to throughout the entire process and will be happy to answer any questions you might have along the way. This implementation guide holds each stakeholder, on both our side of the project and yours, accountable for the success of the project and helps minimise delays. Our project management involves four key phases:

Initiation Stage

This starts as soon as we get the thumbs up from our operations team that we can get started. At this stage a project manager is assigned and we’ll hold internal meetings to bring our projects team up to date to and ensure all the important information from the sales process has been handed over.

Planning Stage

The planning stage scopes out all the key deliverables we must meet by go-live and also sets clear responsibilities and milestones for both parties. It’s important we have all project stakeholders involved in the planning day as we’ll go through everything from ticketing, to retail and F&B.

Execution Stage

There’s plenty of initial configuration and installation for us to do in the background and we will use all the information gathered on the scoping day to start building the foundations of your system. Then we’ll need your team to get involved in the Data Imports, UAT testing, system training and then finally go live.

Closing Stage

Our post go-live review is the perfect time to feedback on any final tweeks or questions you or the team have after using the system in the real world for a few days. We will also arrange a handover to our brilliant support team and they will talk you through how our support works.

Project Timeline Example

Obviously not every project is going to work the same, some projects are bigger and others are smaller, but to give you an idea what it might look like for your attraction we’ve outlined an example 6 week project plan below.

Post Sign Off Internal Visi Meeting

We will hold an internal meeting to plan your project, create your project scope documents and handover all information to the operations team. This work happens before you need to get involved. There’s no time commitment needed from your side, in fact we just ask that you ensure you have all IT prerequisites in place so we don’t face any delays in getting started.

Day 1 Kick Off Meeting

At this point we’ll come and visit you to discuss the project plan and we’ll invite all key stakeholders in the project to attend this meeting, along with sending through some questionnaires to make sure we gather all the critical information needed for the build phase.

Can the implementation be quicker than 6 weeks? ↓

Yes the implementation time will be completely dependent on your individual project, but will always be less than 6 weeks if you opt for our VisiStart approach.

What factors would delay the project? ↓

A full timeline will be set out at the beginning of the project with all of the key dates highlighted and confirmed by both parties, however there may be external factors that impact this like 3rd parties or annual leave. To try and avoid any delays we encourage you to check any key milestones with stakeholders at the project timeline sign off stage and we’ll do the same our end.
